OUR DUTY TO DISCLOSE
a) It is our legal duty to report any suspected abuse and/or any type of conditions and/or behaviors that may be deemed to constitute a possible threat to the physical and/or mental health and well-being of the client(s), the occupants (both human and non-human) of the client’s home/business/property, our team, and/or the general public.
b) We are legally obligated to disclose to authorities whenever we encounter suspected drug trafficking, money laundering, acts of terrorism, or treason.
c) In addition, if PI-NE members suspect an illegal act has occurred and/or that a client is at risk of harming themselves or others, they must report this to the PI-NE Director, who will subsequently report it to the appropriate authorities.
NOTE: If circumstances warrant the necessity for us to disclose your information, we will inform you of this need. We do not make judgments about client lifestyles. It is not our business, nor do we intend to make it so, except as to how it may affect our investigation.
